Today we added some new Australian Native plants to the collection at the Nursery.
These include: Native Olives,Lemon Myrtle, Lemon-scented Tea Tree and Native Guava.
We add new plants and trees as we can to the Nursery collection and today we added some great plants.
Lemon Myrtle – Backhousia citriodora
A brilliant flowering plant found in sub-tropical rainforests in Central and South-east Queensland
Bolwarra/Native Guava – Eupomatia laurina
A bush tucker plant from Eastern Australia. The fruit resembles a guava and the pulp is edible, and used in cooking and jams.
Native Olive – Olea paniculata
A native olive plant related to the common olive. A bird and butterfly attracting plant found in Eastern Queensland and NSW.
